Gina Bonomini’s path towards becoming an attorney started when one of her criminal justice professors, who acted much like Mr. Rogers on the first day of class, encouraged her to take the LSAT cold turkey and apply to law school. Feeling encouraged to test her knowledge and natural proclivity for legal reasoning, Gina did just that, and was consequently accepted at St. Thomas University School of Law in Southern Florida, who stated they loved her application essay.
This decision propelled Gina into a long-standing legal career, which has included notable wins, such Atterbury vs. Holts appeals case, and third party rights for Custody (ORS 109.119). Gina has been fueled in her career by the sense of fulfillment she receives from helping her clients during some of the worst times in their lives, and producing creative solutions to complicated legal matters.
Born and raised in Northern California, Gina now calls Eugene, Oregon her home, where she enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new coffee shops, and frequenting the Saturday farmer’s market. Her idea of a perfect day consists of reading romance novels, enjoying a walk in the outdoors, and investing in the lives of her nephews and nieces.
